We deliver to nationwide and worldwide.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to deliver due to the processing time. Weekends and holidays are excluded from the processing and shipping days.

PXL office will be located at 42-2, Jalan Radin Anum 2, Bandar Baru Sri Petaling, 57000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Most of our representative will be busy on their schedule, please do give us a call before you drop by.

PXL offers free and easy exchanges and returns. Ensure that your item fulfill the conditions below and is not in the Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable item list. We will schedule a free pick-up and have your exchange item reserved for up to 3 days.

  1. Is the item within 3 days from the day you received it?
  2. Is the item in the same condition, remain inner packing not tear off.
  3. Are the carton box in a good condition?

The item remains in your care before it gets back to us. Please do ensure that utmost care is taken when preparing the item to be returned to us. Once you have checked that everything is in place, you are ready to make the return of the goods back to us.

We recommend that you speak with our Sales Manager or Customer Service Team. Our Team would love to hear from you. You are also welcome to provide feedback and obtain further information directly from our Customer Service Team at our Head Office.
